The Learning Source is creating a different kind of Spanish learning experience for adults. Our free, ongoing online Spanish classes are designed for beginner to high-intermediate learners who want to keep building their Spanish skills, and actually use them in conversation.

This isn't a traditional class with a beginning and an end. Our Spanish learning community is always ongoing, so you can jump in whenever you're ready.

We're tired of the same thing you are: spending months, or years, learning Spanish and still feeling uncomfortable when it's time to actually speak.
That's why speaking is built into every week.
The Last 30 Minutes are for Speaking
The final 30 minutes of every class are dedicated entirely to Spanish conversation practice. Talk with our instructor. Talk with other learners. Ask questions. Make mistakes. Try new vocabulary. Build confidence.
You don't have to speak perfect Spanish. You just have to speak it.
Advanced Spanish Speakers are Welcome
Already beyond the instructional level? Come join us for conversation!
Advanced learners are welcome to participate in the final 30 minutes of Saturday's class. This is an all-level speaking opportunity where you can practice your Spanish with our instructor and other members of our learning community.

Beginner Spanish

Get to Know Your Spanish Professor
Our Spanish instructors have years of instructional experience.
A native Spanish speaker from El Salvador, Veronica moved to New York City at 17 and earned her degree in International Studies. She brings over twenty years of Spanish and English teaching experience. She has taught in Wenjiang, Barcelona, New York, and Colorado. Veronica loves travel, cultural immersion, and weekend hikes with her Bernese Mountain Dog.
